It arrived perfectly safe, there wasn't any issue with the shipping.
I like the design, however it bugs me a little bit that it doesn't fit well in the original Steamdeck case. The thumb grips parts need to be pushed down, otherwise I can still close the original case.
Other thing, I couldn't apply the set back button enchancements, the Playvital tutorial video is outdated, and the sticky things doesn't look like the ones I recieved. It's not a big problem for me, I enjoy gaming such as it is right now (and I suspect that if I managed to install them, I wouldn't be able to close the protective case at all).

I love this case so much. My only issues with it are it fits a bit wonky on top especially in the middle and my other issue is the case interferes with the wifi. My husband and I brought our steam decks with us to the hospital. I had mine in my cute demon case and he had his in this clear case that we both had. My husband is the one that noticed the case was causing issues with the hospital internet. His steam deck was not affected due to being in a different case. When I switched cases I didn't have the wifi issues anymore. I also don't really like how difficult it is to remove the case after it's been put on.

The case is pretty cute and it fits almost perfectly. It's a bit "wonky" in 2 little places along the screen but it's not that bad. The joystick caps that come with it are much cushier than I expected too so that was a nice surprise. Installation of the decals and back bumpers were easy as well. It also still fits in my original carrying case too, I just gotta fold the horns down a bit but it'll zip up just fine. :)
